Nis Boy Naeve is a long-term industry expert who held various positions at SAP SE. He offers a rare combination of strong technical understanding, business acumen and design thinking, acting successfully across all levels including executives. One of his latest key achievements is the definition, alignment and rollout of the User Experience Strategy. Currently he is heading SAP Cloud Platform Experience & Adoption defining a scalable digital approach to for platform adoption.

After studying physics in Kiel and Dublin, Nis Boy Naeve joined SAP in 1995 as a developer where he soon took over development management for a SAP HR module. He successfully finished customer specific development projects as well as various internal cross projects. 

In 2003 he took over the program office for a key usability initiative and became the lead for the follow up programs. Through this Nis Boy Naeve became a key driver for User Experience topics in the SAP ERP area. In 2006 he expanded his footprint by founding a program management organization to enable the execution of SAP’s overall User Experience roadmap which was followed by the foundation of the SAP UI Governance and the UI Guidelines Team. 

In 2010 Nis Boy Naeve was appointed as the Chief Product Owner of SAP User Interface where he was driving the UI technology and framework development. 2013 he focused on defining, aligning and sharpening the UX and UI strategy through intensive interactions with customers and partners. In 2016 he set up a global product management organization for Digital Experience Services.

Lauro is a highly skilled professional with over 18 years of experience in Systems Analysis and serves as SAP development at Pif Paf, being expert at SAP WM, MM and ABAP. He is now leading low-code projects using SAP Build Apps and is known for his unwavering passion for learning new technologies.

Terry Penner is part of the SAP Marketing and Solutions team for SAP Business Technology Platform, focusing on SAP S/4HANA, Procurement and Supply Chain. Based in Vancouver Canada, Terry has been with SAP for 22 years. Prior to this role, Terry was primarily in product management and development roles, but also worked directly with customers on several hundred different implementations of platform and analytics.

Michel Haesendonckx is Global Solution Owner for FP&A at SAP SE with a broad expertise in the area of Finance & Performance Management. He drives the go-to-market in this area for SAP and is highly involved in key innovation topics. He built his 25 year experience as an external auditor, controller and CFO, and extended his view in this field through his leadership position in FP&A in a globally operating consulting organization. Recently his first book on SAP S/4HANA Finance, addressing the business reasons for finance to embrace this solution was published.

Nick works as solution manager at SAP for the Planning & Analytics space. The main purpose in this role is to align the different functions within the company. Analyzing and reconciling these inputs to provide and position the best possible solution to facilitate optimal decisions through data. Customer engagements, analyst relations as well as supporting the internal controlling functions are the main drivers of the role that spark enthusiasm in Nick and steer the solution in the right direction. Nick’s discipline stemming from professional sports is his main strength, helping him drive enterprise engagements however sluggish processes might be.

Sirui Wang is from the SAP Digital Supply Chain (DSC) solution management team. Based in Germany, Sirui joined the SAP DSC team in 2022 and has been focused on driving the solution adoption and market success of leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to build a more sustainable and resilient supply chain. In addition to BTP, she is also responsible for innovation with other intelligent technologies (AI, AR/VR and more) across Design to Operate.

Frank Omare brings over 20 years of combined senior line management and ‘Big 4’ consulting experience in procurement & supply chain. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (FCIPS). Frank currently works for SAP in the Global Business Technology Platform Program Office (SAP BTP). He leads programs to help transform the procurement and supply chain operations of customers using digital technologies as part of SAP BTP.

Frank has written blogs and presented at seminars/conferences on behalf of SAP. He has delivered guest lectures at University of Cambridge, London School of Economics and Cardiff Business School, UK. He is a member of Logistics & Operations Management Advisory Board at Cardiff Business School. Frank brings insights in procurement and supply chain, as a mentor on the University of Leeds Alumni Leadership Programme, to guide students as they begin planning their career.

Outside of SAP, Frank supports several social impact causes. Frank is a member of the Board of Trustees of Migrant Help – offers advice and support to refugees, victims of slavery and human trafficking and asylum. Also, he is an Advisory Board Member and mentor of the Migrant Leaders charity - exciting initiative to support young migrants in the UK in the journey to develop their careers and to reach their full potential.

Toros Aledjian is a Senior Director of Global SAP Cloud Platform Go to Market with responsibilities for Customer Experience, Business Development and Go to Market initiatives.

Tania is Executive Liaison Manager within the SAP Global User Groups Organization. She works closely with SAP User Groups, Customer COEs and SAP Communities around the world, connecting SAP customers with SAP industry and technology experts, and ensuring a successful dialog between SAP and its end users. She strives to provide SAP customers with the latest knowledge to help them do their jobs faster and easier and overcome challenges of the agile and fast-paced technology sector. To ensure the connection with SAP Customers also in times of social distancing, she ideated a series of virtual offerings to uphold the trust and connect between SAP und the customer groups.
