Kate is an energetic, experienced and highly capable people consultant and coach, who has held senior HR roles in a variety of organisations across Queensland, Melbourne, and Sydney and has now launched Zest People Solutions, a human resource consulting business, with a difference.


Immediately prior to this, Kate was the Group People Experience Manager for Merivale, an innovative hospitality business with 3,000 staff across 70+ venues. She has also held roles as the Manager Human Resources at Tennis Australia and the Australian Open and the Principle HR Advisor at Oaks Hotels & Resorts.



Keith Wilkinson


Keith has partnered and operated at C suite/Board level for large complex companies listed on the ASX and the FTSE. Keith is a proven senior operator with diverse global experience in US, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific across  financial services, banking, hospitality, energy and resources industries.


As a recognised subject matter expert in HR and business transformation he also has deep expertise in reward design & delivery; talent acquisition & workforce management - simplifying, improving efficiency, lifting employee experience and increasing productivity and engagement


He has worked across a number of major cloud implementations and has a deep understanding of the issues involved to deliver successful outcomes with a strong focus on the people issues and employee experiences
