Jakob Kiblboeck

Jakob Kiblboeck is leading the SAP SuccessFactors team the CEE region. Having started at SAP in 2016 he was first driving the platform, data & technologies solutions portfolio. In his role as Head of SuccessFactors Jakob and his team are passionate about HR Digital Transformation and making the Human Experience Management (HXM) and Intelligent Enterprise vision real for our customers across the entire region. Jakob holds a double-degree in International Business Administration and CEMS Masters in International Management (MIM) at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and ESADE Ramon Llull University in Barcelona. Before joining SAP, Jakob worked at Cisco Systems in the Netherlands and Austria as well as Pioneers, co-organizing one of the leading startup tech events in Europe.

Sabrina Dick

Sabrina Dick is the HR Director for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and together with her team she supports 16 countries and 6,000+ employees from an HR perspective.  She is responsible for defining and executing the HR strategy in the Market Unit and is a member of the CEE Management Team.

Prior to taking over this role, Sabrina has held several positions at SAP both in Business as well as HR functions in the past 10+ years. She holds a degree in International Business and Intercultural Studies from Heilbronn University (Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH)) in Germany.
