The SAP Global User Groups Organization manages SAP´s relationship with SAP User Groups worldwide and supports the SAP User Groups to provide valuable networks for their members, the team ensures that all customers have the opportunity to participate in vibrant, meaningful, and growing user group communities.

The SAP Global User Groups Organization serves as a major communication channel on matters related to influencing SAP´s future product direction by obtaining candid User Group feedback, communicating it to the appropriate SAP stakeholders, monitoring results and closing the loop with SAP’s customers.

The SAP Global User Groups Organization’s services include knowledge transfer, workshops and influencing sessions, event organization, as well as all relevant User Group communication and activities regarding SAP’s strategy, solutions and services.
