Top female data scientists share how to leverage Data Science to accelerate innovations necessary to build a more sustainable world, and the desired skillsets that are needed.


We aim to inspire the young generation to learn data science and take a role in this field, regardless of gender. Hear from outstanding women doing outstanding work by using data science to help meet the sustainability challenges, including a keynote from Head of SAP AUA -Karina Edmonds followed by a Fireside chat from SAP and Industry women thought leaders to discuss on their journey in the Sustainability, area, what inspired them to take such a role, and how they overcame the challenges.




Stanford University’s Women in Data Science (WiDS) Conferences aim to inspire and educate data scientists worldwide, regardless of gender, and to support women in the field. Since 2015, SAP has been a proud collaborator and sponsor of WiDS, as we seek to empower women to pursue careers in STEM.


WiDS APJC @ SAP is an independent event that is organized by SAP as part of the annual WiDS Worldwide conference organized by Stanford University and an estimated 150+ locations worldwide, which features outstanding women doing outstanding work in the field of data science. All genders are invited to attend all WiDS Worldwide conference events
