The offering covers 12 essential services in 4 different areas.

SAP Enterprise Support Services Around COVID-19

 

In an effort to better serve User Group members throughout this critical period, we have identified possible support services, included within every SAP Enterprise Support agreement, that could help further sustain business continuity and IT operations.  We have bundled them into four primary areas:

 

  • Business Continuity: To potentially address concerns with technical disruption due to peek volumes and system instability
  • FinanceTo help mitigate any potential issues that could lead to negative financial exposure (e.g. potential liquidity issues)
  • Business Process and IT Optimization: To help with managing sudden or unprecedented “high peak loads” to ensure core business processes are up and running
  • Security, Compliance & Data Protection: To help with system security, compliance or data protection concerns

 

In addition,  the Product Support Accreditation Program helps customers  better understand product support processes and thereby optimize operations and realize savings

 

 

No CPI Increase for Support Contracts in 2021 

 

At SAP, we understand that the COVID-19 pandemic can lead to challenges in our customers' and partners' businesses and are committed to help every organization in a fair manner, therefore:

 

  • For 2021, SAP will not apply the annual increase based on the local Consumer Price Index (CPI*) to SAP Standard Support.
  • SAP will also continue to not apply this increase for SAP Enterprise Support contracts in 2021.

 

* CPI is used as a measure of inflation, in some markets, different systems are referred to (e.g. Labor Cost Index in Germany). These figures are published by governments or the authorized authority in each country.

SAP Ariba Start Sourcing

 

During this time of market uncertainty, we want to make it easier for companies dealing with supply chain disruption to find new suppliers and cut costs.
